These simple formulae are designed to help you find approximate rates for all Airport to Airport, City to City and City to Airport rates not available on our Quote Manager. Call or email us with your estimated rate and we'll do our best to match the vehicle and price you want to pay.

Go to www.mapquest.com, enter zip codes or cities/states/province/country to find the driving time and mileage. [Outside the USA - Kilometer/Mileage/Minimum Rates will vary due to the difference in fuel, taxes, currency exchange rate]. Airport zip codes Airport Quick Rates.

New vehicles - [2004 and 2003] - will generally be slightly higher priced then older vehicles of 2-3 years old or more.

New Vehicles - Can be requested for any event/utility but especially for: Weddings, Nights-Out, Business Meetings/Functions and Award Ceremonies.

Older Vehicles - [2002 - 1998] - Should be requested for regular/non-event services: Airport and City to City Transfers, Bachelore/Bachelorette Parties, Medical and Pet Transfers to keep within budgets.

Find Approximate One-Way Mileage Rate

Multiply the number of miles [one-way] by the Mileage rate options listed below.

Luxury Sedan Rate - Estimated distance is 50 miles [one-way] x $2.00 per mile = $100.00 base rate. If less then 25 miles, minimum rate is used [$40 - $90].

6 Pass Stretch Rate - Estimated distance is 50 miles [one-way] x $2.50 per mile = $125.00 base rate. If less then 25 miles, minimum rate is used [$65 - $125].

Mileage Rates

Sedan Rates - $1.80 to $2.20 per mile with a $40 to $90 [min] [depending on vehicle type, city and availability]. Europe Sedan mileage rate is approximately $3.00 per mile with a $65 to $110 [min].

6 Pass Stretch Rates - $2.50 to $2.75 per mile with a $55 to $110 [min] [depending on vehicle type, city and availability].

8 Pass Stretch Rates - $3.00 per mile with a $70 to $140 [min] [depending on vehicle type, city and availability]. Hourly rates range from $70 - $100 per hour.

Hourly Rate [1.5 hours or more driving time one-way]

Find the driving time and multiply x 2 [roundtrip driving time] x the hourly rate.

For a Sedan - Estimated driving time one-way is 2 hrs 15 min. x 2 = 4.5 hours x $50 per hour = $225.00 base rate. Hourly rates range from $40 - $65 per hour.

For a 6 Pass Stretch - Estimated driving time one-way is 2.5 hrs. x 2 = 5 hours x $60 per hour = $300.00 base rate. Hourly rates range from $55 - $75 per hour.

For a 8 Pass Stretch - Estimated driving time one-way is 3.15 hrs. x 2 = 6.5 hours x $70 per hour = $350.00 base rate. Hourly rates range from $70 - $100.00 per hour.

Round out driving time to closest 15 minute interval. Final rate is set by actual driving time.

Base Rates Are Estimates Only and Do Not Include: Taxes, Tip, Tolls, Waiting Time, Extra Stops, Overnight Lodging, etc. and are additional costs to the client. Stretch SUVs/Rolls Royce Vehicles may also have higher minimum and hourly rates.

All rates are negotiable depending on the specific event/job, number of people, number of vehicles, type of vehicles, day of the week, time of day, season, and number of hours requested.
