Pick Up, Drop Off and Return Transfers - Enter 2 Separate Bookings:

Pick Up Time. Waiting Time will be calculated on top of the base rate quote
on all One-way, Pick Up and Drop Off Transfers. Excessive waiting time
[before vehicle departs Pick Up Location or after vehicle arrives at Drop
Off Location] and extra stops may turn this type transfer into a minimum
2-3 hour charter or specific charter rate - a Wedding Package Rate as an
example.
Meet & Greet - Your Chauffeur may meet you with a sign at
most airports (baggage carousels, bottom or top of escalator and outside
customs exit), dock ports and train stations at an additional charge ($10
minimum + parking and any taxes - ORD & MDW add $20, BOS add $45).
Gate Meets are not available since 9/11. JAX and DEN passengers must report
to the Limo Dispatch Booth outside each terminal and request your vehicle
by passenger name and 1 800 LIMO.COM.
Curbside Pick Ups - Retrieve all luggage first, then call our
local affiliate telephone number printed on your confirmation. If lost
luggage or excessive luggage delays, you must call our local affiliate
or 1 800 LIMO.COM immediately. Waiting Time may be charged after 45 - 60
minutes at the airport. Vehicles will wait for 1 hour before leaving Pick
Up Location. You will be charged for a No Show and may not have a vehicle
waiting.
Wedding Charters - Please do not call - Only Email info@1800limo.com with
your itinerary for an exact quote and availability. Charters are based
on a 3 to 5 hour minimum depending on the type of vehicle, number of guests,
time of the year, day of the week and additional requirements which may
include: Tuxedo Chauffeur, Red Carpet, Beverages & Decorations [weather
permitting]. These additional requirements will increase the cost of a
base charter rate [for a 6 Pass Stretch - about $20 per hour] derived from
our Quote Manager.
Prom/Dance/Cotillion/Formal Charters - Please do not call - Only
Email info@1800limo.com with
your itinerary for an exact quote and availability. Charters are based
on a 3 or more hour minimum depending on the type of vehicle, number of
guests, time of the year, day of the week.
Driving Time & Charges - Always allow enough time for pick-up
due to airport security, inclement weather, road construction, new subdivisions,
mountain roads, and hard-to-find addresses [enter driving directions on
the booking detail screen]. Driving Time may be added to your base rate
depending on distance/time from our affiliate garage. We do our best to
dispatch the closest vehicle to avoid any additional Driving Time Charges.
You will be notified of any additional charges.
Tipping/Gratuity - A 20% tip is automatically added to your base
rate. Hand-tip additionally at your own discretion. If your chauffeur does
not perform to your expectations, part or all of the 20% gratuity will
be graciously refunded upon notice. Do not pay or give your chauffeur your
charge card if prepaid [call 1 800 LIMO.COM immediately if asked for in-vehicle
payment].
Baby and Booster Seats - Should be supplied by the client. Some
State Insurance Liability Laws forbid the operator to provide these seats.
Many of our affiliates will hold your seats upon your return.

Cancellation Policy - Allow a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel
all airport and city-to-city transfers, 48 hours notice on all charters.
Canceled flights and inclement weather will be considered in all "LATE" cancellations.
Read the cancellation policy on each booking, there are longer Cancellation
Policy notices for Seasonal [Prom/Dance/Wedding/Special Events] and Friday
and Saturday night charters in some cities. We will do our best to delete
or discount any non-weather related "LATE" cancellation fee/penalty with
our affiliates but without guarantee.
Currency Exchange Rates - All International Rates are based in that country currency even though the $ sign is shown on Base Rate Amounts on our Quote Screen and Email Confirmations. Use Currency Exchange to convert US$ that will be additionally billed to your charge card based on the date of service. VAT (Value Added Tax) may also appear on your receipt.
